The hotel is the hub of the community for all family occasions and consists of restaurant, bar and function suite for 180 pax alongside 3 private dining rooms.

Due to open in April we are developing an outdoor dining and beer garden area with capacity for up to 70 persons.

Sous Chef
Chef De Partie
Breakfast Chef

The Person:
The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • At least one year’s experience at the position applied for
  • Available to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per hotel requirement
