The hotel is the hub of the community for all family occasions and consists of restaurant, bar and function suite for 180 pax alongside 3 private dining rooms. Due to open in April we are developing an outdoor dining and beer garden area with capacity for up to 70 persons.

We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager; the ideal person is from a F&B background and has previous experience at least leading a department.

The Role:
As Assistant Manager, your role will include predominantly supporting the F&B team, as well as:

  • Continue to provide an enjoyable and interactive guest experience
  • Helping maintain consistent service delivery
  • Implement the systems for our new outdoor area
  • Encouraging team member development
  • H&S checks throughout the hotel
  • Helping to control operational costs

The Person:
The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Three year’s hotel experience at least at supervisor level
  • Consider themselves to have leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment
  • An ability to communicate
  • A sense of ownership of their work role
  • Available to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per hotel
    requirement
